Huw is dedicated to delivering quality treatment and care. He is passionate about enabling our patients to gain comfortable, functioning and aesthetically pleasing smiles. He is highly experienced in all aspects of general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants and facial aesthetics.
Huw qualified from Bristol in 1984 following his uncle and grandfather into the profession. After spending 2 years in the Bristol area, Huw purchased a practice in Bournemouth in 1986 prompting his move to Dorset. After opening practices in Creekmoor, Blandford and Verwood, Huw concentrated on his practice in Blandford from 1992 developing it into a modern 5 surgery practice, which also provided training to newly qualified dentists. After selling the practice in 2010, Huw worked for the new owners until he moved to Swanage in 2014 on a part time basis before buying the practice with Vicki Coleman, with whom he has worked with since 2005.

Huw and Vicki bought Regency Dental in the summer of 2015 and are busy renovating and developing the modern progressive practice you see today. Never one to sit on his laurels, Huw went back to university to gain an MBA ( Masters in Business Administration) from the Open University in 1999, followed by a Diploma in Post Graduate Studies from the University of Bristol in 2001. In 2012 Huw gained his Masters Degree with a distinction in Dental Implantology again from the University of Bristol. To this day he continues to challenge his skills and knowledge and regularly attends both national and international courses. Huw started placing implants in 1986 and was one of the first members of the now well recognised and prestigious Association of Dental Implantology.
Huw developed his implant practice and skills with international training in Gothenburg, Sweden and Bern, Switzerland where he has trained in the ever increasing complexity of hard and soft tissue regeneration surgery and the use of different implant systems and bio materials.Wanting to bring the best smiles possible to his patients, Huw can provide complete cosmetic makeovers of your teeth and provide first class facial aesthetic treatments such as Botox and facial/ lip fillers.
Huw cares deeply and passionately about the dentistry we provide and the quality of care you receive as a patient. His business experience and knowledge extend to making Regency not only a great practice to visit and be cared for, but also for all the dental team and staff to work at. Huw feels it is so important that every member of the dental team who helps you on your dental journey is skilled, empathetic, qualified and constantly trained to the highest possible standard.

DR KELLY TOFT BDS DipPCorth - GDC Number 82547
Kelly qualified from Guys, Kings and St Thomas School of Dentistry in 2003, achieving an award in restorative dentistry. Kelly carried out her vocational here at Regency Dental, then after a year teaching in New Zealand, returned as an associate where she is now a key member of our clinical team. Kelly has developed an interest and passion in orthodontics and is able to offer both fixed and removable appliances to an advanced level, along with dental whitening, and contouring to assist and improve aesthetics and function. Kelly is dedicated to lifelong learning and regularly attends courses to keep her skills up to date.

Kelly has continued to progress with determination and passion for orthodontic dentistry. Through her training and dedication is able to offer advanced orthodontics, both adults and children with both fixed and removable systems. Now a highly respected trainer, mentor and speaker at many conventions across England and further afield in Europe.
We are pleased to announce that Kelly has recently achieved "Case of the Month" from "Inman Aligner" for an orthodontic case/teeth straightening carried out at Regency Dental. Kelly offers a free initial consultation for orthodontic treatment.​
VICKI COLEMAN CEB Cert in Dental Hygiene

Vicki started dental nursing in 1988 before joining the Royal Navy to pursue her career as a Dental Hygienist. Vicki qualified in 1991 from RADC Aldershot with a CEB Cert in Dental Hygiene. After leaving the Royal Navy Vicki has worked in Dorset for the past 24 years, 12 of those alongside Huw at Diplomat House in Blandford, as well as other high-end prestigious private practices in Dorset. Vicki has a caring and compassionate nature and is passionate about helping her patients' achieve the best possible standard of dental health possible with treatment and knowledge and education.
Vicki is dedicated to achieving thorough treatment of periodontal disease, with an informed approach for the patient. Vicki is highly experienced in the maintenance of dental implants and also plays an active role in implant nursing.
Vicki is also qualified and able to carry out dental whitening with a referral from your dentist and is a gold member of the British Dental Bleaching Society.
Vicki is constantly updating her skills and education and is also a member of the British Society of Dental Hygienists and Therapists, the British Society of Periodontics, the Association of Dental Implants, and a gold member of the British Dental Bleaching Society.

Vicki is also able to provide facial aesthetics, anti-wrinkle treatment, lip fillers, Sunekos, face peels, skin needling, chemical peels and skin needling Million Dollar Facials and cyopen, (the removal of benign skin lesions)

As well as working in the surgery Vicki is seen around the practice working in a position of practice manager, assisting both patients and staff to ensure the practice runs effectively and smoothly for you to enjoy your patient journey from start to finish at Regency.
CHLOE LOUNDON BSc (Hons) Dental Hygiene
Chloe qualified from the University of Portsmouth in 2021 with a First Class Honours Degree in Dental Hygiene and joined Regency Dental in 2023.
Chloe is extremely dedicated and passionate about her role within the dental hygiene team at Regency. She endeavours to engage with patients to educate and motivate effectual oral hygiene, whilst providing guidance to achieve dental health.
She enjoys working inter-professionally within and beyond the dental team, and she believes by doing so this contributes to better treatment outcomes for our patients.
Patient-centred care is her utmost priority, and she enjoys building rapport with our patients.
Outside of work, Chloe enjoys watching football games with her partner and spending time with her French Bulldog, Rocco.

DR CAMILLA LLEWELLYN BDS, MFDS, RCS (Eng)

Camilla graduated from Plymouth Peninsula School and Medicine and Dentistry in 2018. Originally from Weymouth, Camilla returned to this area of beauty to care for the people of Dorset.
Camilla has a keen interest in treating children and patients with dental anxiety and phobia.
With her understanding, calm and gentle nature, is able to take the time to develop a trusting relationship between you both.
Camilla carries out oral health intervention in a number of Dorset schools and nurseries in her spare time and is an advocate of early dental health education.
Continuously developing her knowledge and skills by frequently attending advanced dental courses and has recently completed an advanced composite and an occlusion course.

Mario is double graduated from the University Complutense in Madrid (Spain) as an Optometrist (2004) initially and then in Dentistry qualifying in 2009.
Mario chose a career in dentistry and started working as a General Dentist in the same year. In 2013 he moved to the UK, joining Regency Dental Practice in January 2024. He has furthered his knowledge of various aspects of dentistry and completed a 2 years Masters in dental implants at the University of Central Lancashire in 2021 ( MsC, 2021). Mario has an interest in providing aesthetic and restorative treatments such as dental implants, fillings, crowns, veneers, bridges and dentures.
In addition to widening his portfolio of treatments, he has also developed a special interest in facial aesthetics. With attention to detail, patience, precision and a gentle approach to dentistry, Mario is great at putting even the most nervous patients at ease. He continues to regularly attend dental courses to keep up to date with current practice.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and 3 little children in Bournemouth.
FRANCES ROYSTON GDC no 11011

Frances qualified at New Cross ( Guys hospital) as a dental therapist in 1983.
Having spent most of her career in Derbyshire where she raised her family with her husband. After working in private practices, Frances also taught at the dental school in Sheffield which she found very rewarding.
Frances appreciates that the dental chair can be a difficult place for many patients and enjoys assisting anxious and nervous patients, developing their trust.
Frances states "It's lovely to see a happy patient leave my room after treatment with me having a big smile on their face. In my spare time I love visiting our family and out walking our retriever."
