COVID -19 GUIDANCE AND PROTOCOLS
ARRIVING FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT
When you arrive please ring the doorbell to let the reception team know you have arrived. We have a covered outside heating area for your comfort. Masks and face coverings are still mandatory in all healthcare settings, we appreciate our patients following these guidelines still to protect our staff, families and vulnerable patients.
PLEASE BE PATIENT
Under current guidelines, we will need to have more time in between appointments. This is to ensure our strict cross infection protocols are in place and avoid any contact between patients whilst social distancing is in place.
GEL YOUR HANDS
Before entering the practice you will be asked some covid screening questions, and you will be asked to gel your hands. Payments can be made by card and the card machine will be cleaned prior to it being used and afterwards also.
ONE ADULT ATTENDANCE
Where possible adults must attend the practice on their own. Children must be accompanied by 1 other adult only.
LEAVE ACCESSORY ITEMS IN CAR
Please leave all items such as phone, handbags, shopping etc in your car where possible.
TOILET USE
We encourage you not to use the facilities at Regency. Please ensure you have cleaned your teeth before arriving at the practice as the bathroom will not be available for this. Should you require to use the toilet please inform reception.
CARD PAYMENTS
We would like to encourage use of card payment as much as possible.
